We care deeply about younger generations at Streams of Joy Nottingham because they matter to God. We take seriously our responsibility to disciple the next generation because our God asks us to. We believe our younger generation need the gospel the same as we do, not just cute bible stories and lessons in character. We do not shy away from tough subjects, because our enemy doesn't shy away from tough situations. Life is real; therefore, our instruction should reflect reality.
Kids & Teens
Our Vision: To build spiritual Champions who will have a personal relationship with Christ and be equipped with a strong foundation of His word to impact their world.
Here at Streams of Joy, we love and care for our children and are interested in their spiritual growth and wellbeing. We treat every child like our very own. Children have their own worship time and are taught their age appropriate lessons from the Kids Sunday School Place Curriculum. Lessons are engaging with bible stories and fun activities for the kids each Sunday.
Youths
SOJN Youth is the student ministry with a mission to introduce students to the real Jesus. Our vision for our youth ministries is to be a catalyst in raising up a new generation of Christ-centered disciples.
Our dream, and we believe God’s dream, is to see students become Christ-centered disciples who passionately love and obey God and reach, disciple, and empower others. We believe all of us working together by Reaching, Discipling and Empowering students can be a catalyst in seeing God raise up a new generation of Christ-centered disciples. We want to serve you.
